CORE FIVE focuses on the human behavior and cognition styles which have the greatest impact on professional performance: behavioral, motivational, thinking, emotional, and learning.
Leaders are provided a series of five ASI validated assessments; one per week. They are coached to interpret what the in-depth results mean to them, personally and professionally, and the impact they have on their leadership performance and effectiveness.
Successful graduates have a deeper understanding of who they are and how that impacts the relationships around them.

Used individually or in a variety of combinations, each of the five Core Assessments offer individuals, teams and organizations alike the opportunity for enhancing self-awareness and boosting professional performance beyond anything previously available within the assessment and coaching industry.
Each coaching session uses one of the five Core Assessments as the foundation: DISC, Motivators, Hartman Value Profile, Emotional Intelligence 2.0, and Learning Styles.
Whether you want to develop more self-aware leaders, assemble top performing teams, improve sales and service results, enhance training initiatives, or select top performing employees, the CORE FIVE coaching coupled with the five Core Assessments provide the foundation for dependable human performance answers.
Each week for five weeks the leader and coach will meet virtually via Zoom or Skype. The leader will have completed the assigned assessment and read completely through their individual report in advance of the meeting. The coach will have also reviewed the report findings. Together the two will review the report and discuss the findings along with the practical application as it applies to the leaders role in the company. *Sessions will be scheduled at mutually agreeable days/times to minimize workplace disruption.
Session One - BEHAVIOR - Understanding your Natural (i.e. personal/ internal) and Adaptive (i.e. workplace/external) behavioral styles - You will discover “How?” you and others will behave within a given role or situation.
