What to Expect:
- Each week for five weeks the leader and coach will meet virtually via Zoom or Skype.
- You will complete the assigned assessment and read completely through your individual report in advance of the meeting.
- Your coach will have also reviewed the report findings.
- Together you will both review the report and discuss the findings along with the practical application as it applies to the leaders role in the company.
- You will complete the reflection assignments at the end of each report.
- *Sessions will be scheduled at mutually agreeable days/times to minimize workplace disruption. All sessions must be completed within 10 weeks.
- BONUS: Enjoy on-demand access to your coach via email/text during the entire 10 weeks regardless of when the final live session is completed.
